Netherlands rental agency "Rent a House Service"?

Netherlands rental agency "Rent a House Service"?
Does anyone know about this agency? I am a US student and thinking about renting from them this summer in Utrecht, so I want to make sure they are reputable.

The first thing I would say is that they have a very small amount of properties available - 38 in the whole of the Netherlands - that is very strange to me :0) They are registered under a parent company with the Chamber of Commerce which is a positive sign as all businesses have to do so, and scam ones generally don't have this registation of course https://server.db.kvk.nl/TST-BIN/ZS/ZSWWW01@?TYPE=NDNR&NDNR=32107357&NSDN= It is registered with the official telephone guide (usual for a scam operation) http://www.detelefoongids.nl/bg-l/16382345-rent+a+house+service/vermelding/ The site looks quite good actually and I cannot find anything online that says it is a scam or anything so I really am leaning towards it being reputable - but obviously it does not have a lot of properties on offer I will nevertheless "star" your question in the hope that one of the other Dutch contacts will read this and be able to help - (USS - especially you as a maestro of scam sites :0))

They are an official company as blabla states, but they are not a member of any Dutch Real estate organisation. They seem allright, just dont pay them a deposit or you first month of rent untill you sign the contract and get the key.
