What is the best way to get a training visa for an international law student in the United States?
I am about to graduate from law school in the Netherlands. I wish to move permanently to the US to work in business. I am looking for good companies to apply to, especially ones that are in California. Also, any general tips or advice would be appreciated!

Only US international student who graduated from US university/college are eligible to get a training visa or OPT. they have to apply the opt visa before they F1 student visa expired. you cannot get opt visa if you are not a F1 student visa holder in US. you best bet is to find a company that willing to sponsor you work visa. if you like to know more about US work visa, visit links below: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1271.html http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f56e4154d7b3d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD Good luck.
